The official app of the New Haven Bike Share program enables users to conveniently checkout and return bikes from various stations around New Haven. The green bikes, known for their quality and style, provide a practical, enjoyable, and healthy means of transportation for daily commutes, running errands, sightseeing, or leisure rides.

Getting Started:

• Download the app and complete the user account registration process.
• Verify your profile by confirming your registration through a verification email.
• Add a credit card to your account and select from a range of subscription options.

Renting a bicycle:

• Utilize the map feature in the app to locate the nearest available bicycle.
• Unlock the bike by scanning the QR code on it, then start your ride.
• Pause your ride if needed to make quick stops while ensuring your bike remains reserved.

Returning a bicycle:

• Park your bike at a designated drop zone near you, as displayed on the app.
• Secure the bike by attaching the chain lock to a bike rack. Complete your trip by pressing "end" and manually pushing down the handle.
• Upon completion, a summary of the cost and duration of your ride will appear in a pop-up notification. A detailed receipt will be sent to your registered email address.
